Delivery by Burn
The following shall govern the terms and conditions for delivery by Burn or its sub-contractors of products purchased on the website:
- Delivery Times:
- Nairobi and its outskirts: 24 hours from order confirmation.
- Outside of Nairobi: 3-6 business days from order confirmation.
- Delivery will only occur after our Customer Care agents have verified the order with you via phone. The Customer shall bear the cost of delivery which may vary based on location and the method chosen (home delivery or pick-up service):

- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the product. We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, and you can check the estimated delivery time during the checkout process.
- To attain the most accurate delivery estimate, look to the checkout after you’ve entered your shipping address and selected your carrier preference.
- All orders are fulfilled based on availability of stock. In case item is out of stock but reflecting as available on the website , our Customer Care agents will contact you to inform you of a new delivery time or to process a refund of any advance payment made in accordance with our refund policy.
- Please contact our Customer Care agents if you need to change your address or suspend delivery of your order.
- Upon delivery, you will be given a detailed delivery note of your received order. Customers must inspect the products before accepting delivery and sign a copy of such receipt to be returned to the courier.
