Terms of Repair
- BURN will provide repair services in accordance with generally accepted industry standards, through its personnel who are qualified to assist with such repair and located at BURN’s certified warranty repair depots located [insert link to locations here].
- BURN will not be liable for any repairs done by any personnel other than BURN’s designated personnel.
- Where the product is still under warranty cover, BURN will perform repair under the terms and conditions provided within the product warranty certificate on the product. However, products that are out of warranty period and require repair will be charged a repair fee which shall be settled while collecting the product from BURN’s repair depots.
- The warranty may be void where the product has been tampered with by an unauthorised person(s) and if there is a breach of any Terms & Conditions stated in the Product Warranty Certificate.
- Customers shall be required to inspect and test the product on collection to ensure that they are in working condition before re-accepting the product. Burn shall have no liability for defects or failure identified after collection unless the same faults occur.
- Burn shall not be liable for any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations hereunder if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Burn’s reasonable control.
